Ten days ago I purchased a 3,000+ classical LP collection from the owner of a gorgeous home near Sonoma, California. Unfortunately we have to wait until the home is sold before we can pick up the collection as it is built into custom made library shelving which has to remain full for the public to view. In the meantime, here are a couple of snaps to get you salivating. As the current owner stated “if you find one fingerprint on any of these, I’ll be surprised.” And if anyone out there is in the market for a stunning home with two-and-a-half foot thick walls, in the region of 2.5 mil. Along with the record collection came some classic audiophile equipment including a pair of Fourier Pantherel OTL mono-block tube amps rated at 200 watts per channel, a Sonic Frontiers SFL-2 preamp, a Wadia CD transport, a pair of Sound Lab speakers, an Audio Research PH-1 phono stage and more. Contact John for more info. As always, click on a pic to see a blow-up.
